My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, providing amazing views of the Matterhorn from the window. The service was impeccable, with a staff that couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in the town center and conveniently close to the Zermatt-Sunnega funicular station. The dining experience was delicious, with a great variety of options to fuel up before hitting the slopes. Overall, a fantastic experience worth every penny.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms exuded a Swiss alpine charm with stunning mountain views, and the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating.
